        Technical Details of the System:
  • The system will be a Non-Lethal Solar Powered Perimeter Security System.

  • The System will operate as Psychological and Physical Barrier.

  • The System will alert any kind of intrusion through an audio alarm system that can be in the vicinity of more than 500 meters, within a second.

  • The Seucrity Fence System will produce a high voltage at desired energy output, which will act as an active deterrent, a physical barrier and a reliable detection system.

  • The Security Fence System produces a high voltage in the range of 6.0 KV to 9.9KV to deter, detect and deny physical intrusion by giving the intruder a short,sharp and painful shock.

  • The Energizer will be able to check the fence around 50 times a minute and the instant the pulsated wires are cut or tampered, a built-in-alarm will immediately alert the monitoring personnel and the seucrity authorities, along with the zone of attempted break-in (optional).

  • External Audio Alarm will be activated within two seconds. As a precautionary means an internal audio alarm is provided as a substitute in case of failure of external alarm.

  • Solar PV Module of reputed make will be supplied, which can generate the required energy to charge the Lead Acid Battery. In general the Battery backup provided would be for 120 Hrs. In the event of complete darkness or Solar power input failure.

  • Auxiliary supply of 230V AC will be provided (optional).

Fence Voltage Alarm:


FVA is exclusive designed to alert the Customer as and when the intrusuion / tampering or any type of mischief is occurred over the fence. Audio alarm is activated upon tampering and can be heard from a distance of about 500 meters.

Battery:


Dry rechargeble Maintenance Free Battery or low maintenance Lead Acid Battery of reputed make will be used for storing the energy and utilised to power the Fence System.

Solar PV Module:


For charging the Battery manufactured as per specification of Ministry of Non-conventional Energy Sources, Govt. of India. Conventional Charger (optional) is attached to charge the Battery during heavy rainy days or cloudy days.

Digital Volt Meter:


The high voltage generated by the Energizer is measured with the help of DVM. It is made up of Plastic material and upto 10 KV.

Insulator:


Corner Pole Insulator or Strain Insulators for Starting / End or Corner Posts: Made of High Quality Industrial Plastic or Poly Carbonate rated for 15 KV UV Stabilised.

Reel Insulators: Made of virgin Poly Propylene plastic UV Stabilised rated for 15 KV operation.

Permanent wire Tightner:


Made of Special Aluminium Alloy (Rust Proof) designed for 15 KV UV stabilised operation.

Spring Gate Kit:


It has a large diameter spring made up of spring steel that expands to 10 or 20 feet then retracts to two feet when the gate is open. The white-coated spring is more visible and is Corrosin resistant. Visibility, easy installation and the versatility of gate sizes make these a great value. Each gate comes complete with a non-slip polyethylene handle, two end insulators, and a hook-up system for connecting to the electric wire.

Joint Clamp:


All the interconnections on the fence are made with the help of joint clamps. They are heavily galvanized (Rust Proof) of more than 25 microns for long lasting.

Double Insulated Cable:


It is used for interconnecting Energizer, FVA, Earthing System and Fence Wires, Inner Core is made up of 12G Galvanized WIre and heavily insulated for eliminating the losses to surrounding materials and improve the connectivity among the systems. It can withstand high voltage of about 15 KV Break strength of 740 Kgs.

Fence Wire:


2.5 mm Wire diameter or 12G G.I High Tensile Wire heavily galvanized with zinc coating of 300 grams / Sq.m and warranted for 10 years. It is manufactured by TATA.

14 G Wire:


Galavanized with high quality zinc coating for rust proof operation to last for a long time functioning of the systems.

Tension Spring:


It is made up of spring steel and is heavily galvanized for rust proof operating and long run functioning of the system.

Warning Sign Board:
